Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema de reacción que comprende (a) un componente de poliisocianato y (b) un componente reactivo de isocianato para preparación de una espuma de poliuretano teniendo alto flujo de aire con bajo conjunto de compresión. El componente reactivo de isocianato comprende (i) desde 45 hasta 70% en peso de uno o más polioles PO-ricos teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 210 hasta 510, (ii) desde 20 hasta 30% en peso de uno o más polioles PO-ricos teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 210 hasta 510, (ii) desde 20 hasta 30% en peso de uno o más polioles de óxido de etileno teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 200 hasta 500, (iii) desde 10 hasta 25% en peso de uno o más poliéteres de óxido de etileno-óxido de alquileno teniendo un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado desde 300 hasta 800; y (iv) desde 0.5 hasta 15% en peso de uno o más polioles PO-ricos teniendo una funcionalidad de 1 a 4 y un peso equivalente promedio combinado de 2,000 hasta 6,000.
