Abstract
Se describe un proceso para reducir las desviaciones de planeidad en un artículo de aleación. Un artículo de aleación se puede calentar a una primera temperatura al menos tan alta como una temperatura inicial de transformación martensítica de la aleación. Una fuerza mecánica se puede aplicar al artículo de aleación a la primera temperatura. La fuerza mecánica puede tender a inhibir las desviaciones de planeidad de una superficie del artículo de aleación. El artículo de aleación se puede enfriar a una segunda temperatura no mayor que una temperatura final de transformación martensítica de la aleación. La fuerza mecánica se puede mantener en el artículo de aleación durante al menos una parte de la refrigeración del artículo de aleación desde la primera temperatura hasta la segunda temperatura.
