Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método que consiste en introducir en un molde formador al menos una preforma de vidrio fundido, para formar en el molde formador una pieza bruta del artículo (30) a partir de al menos una preforma, en transferir la pieza bruta del artículo hacia un molde de acabado y en formar en el molde de acabado el artículo (30). En el transcurso de la formación del artículo (30) en el molde de acabado, se dirige un excedente del vidrio hacia el exterior del fondo (32) del artículo (30) para formar una protuberancia (33) convexa y se elimina esta protuberancia (33) para obtener el fondo (32) del artículo (30) con un espesor sensiblemente constante.
