Abstract

La presente invención se refiere en general a un proceso para la purificación de glicerol crudo que se obtiene como un subproducto de procesos industriales tales como saponificación, hidrólisis y transesterificación con alcoholes de cadena baja de aceites y grasas naturales. La presente invención en particular se refiere al tratamiento de purificación del glicerol crudo que se obtiene como un subproducto de la producción de biodiesel de aceites vegetales y grasas animales, con el objeto de obtener un producto purificado concentrado.
