Abstract

Se proporcionan procesos para la producción de butadieno a partir de materiales de alimentación C4 que contienen isobuteno y/o isobutano además de n-buteno(s) y/o n-butano. Los procesos de la presente invención en general comprenden suministrar el material de alimentación a una torre de destilación y reacción de isomerización de butenos en combinación para la conversión de I-buteno a 2-butenos y separación de isobuteno e isobutano, seguida por una unidad del oxideshidrogenación para convertir n-butenos a butadieno. Los procesos pueden también incluir etapas de isomerización y/o deshidrogenación adicionales para las corrientes de destilados y fondos de la torre para crear isobuteno y/o n-butenos adicionales para aplicaciones de valor, que pueden incluir la producción adicional de butadieno. La alimentación al sistema puede comprender cualquier alimentación en mezcla o separada de C4 olefinas y de C4 parafinas, por lo menos una de las cuales contiene isobuteno y/o isobutano.
