Abstract
Un montaje de herramienta para formar una pieza de trabajo en un alojamiento con un perfil exterior de diseño redondo definido al menos parcialmente por una superficie exterior en una posición de diseño reducida desde la oposición inicial del mismo. El montaje de herramientas incluye una porción de anillo que tiene un agujero en la misma definido al menos parcialmente por una superficie interior y una porción de inserción con una placa posterior y varios segmentos alargados de mordaza , cada segmento de mordaza que tiene entre un extremo posterior del mismo acoplado con la placa posterior. Cuando la porción de inserción se mueve desde una condición abierta a una condición cerrada, la superficie interior de la porción de anillo empuja hacia dentro los segmentos de mordaza, provocando que lo9s segmentos de mordaza acoplen sustancialmente la superficie exterior completa y muevan la superficie exterior desde una posición inicial a la posición de diseño, reduciendo un perfil exterior inicial al perfil exterior de diseño y formando la pieza de trabajo en el alojamiento.
