Abstract
Un aparato y un método para fabricar un alojamiento de un dispositivo de anticontaminación que incluye una o más barras soportadas por una o más placas en el mismo. Se forman una o más porciones principales, la porción principal del alojamiento que define una cámara formada en la cual las barras comprime las placas entre las barras y la porción principal a una densidad predeterminada. Se forman una o más porciones terminales, para la conexión del dispositivo de anticontaminación en un sistema de escape. Cuando se forman una o más porciones de transición para conectar las porciones principales y las porciones terminales, las porciones principales se acoplan por el aparato para r4sistir la deformación de la cámara formada.
