Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de codificación de imágenes dinámicas el cual lleva a cabo una codificación de predicción por compensación del movimiento sobre una imagen dinámica. El dispositivo de codificación de imágenes dinámicas incluye: una unidad de adquisición la cual adquiera un bloque útil que tiene un vector de movimiento, de entre los bloques codificados adyacentes al bloque a ser codificado, y el número de bloques útiles; una unidad de selección la cual selecciona un bloque de entre los bloques útiles; una unidad de codificación de la información de selección la cual codifica la información de selección la cual identifica el bloque seleccionado al usar una tabla de códigos que corresponde al número de los bloques útiles; y una unidad de codificación de imágenes la cual lleva a cabo la codificación de predicción por compensación del movimiento sobre el bloque a ser codificado, al usar el vector de movimiento del bloque seleccionado.
