Description
PAPER SACK
Description of the invention
The present invention relates to a paper bag in accordance with the general concept of claim 1.
The paper sacks are usually provided as valve base sacks or block base sacks (set of sheets) for housing bulk material, and comprise a foot base, a valve base, a front wall, a back wall and a valve hose inserted in the valve base to be connected to the filling tube of a filling device, whereby the valve hose can be closed by folding or in the case of thermal material it can be welded. A valve base bag of this type is known, for example, from the German utility model DE-20 2005 004 750 Ul.
The valve base bags are mainly provided with cover sheets which serve to prevent the bases closed by folds and glue from opening involuntarily, specifically the foot base and the valve base. In the case of a cover sheet it is a strip of paper or a ballot that is stuck on the bases of the paper bag. Most cover sheets are narrower than the base and usually do not stick only to
Ref.:222750
the base but also to the valve hose that projects laterally out of the base. However, it is also known to extend the cover sheets on the edges of the foot base and the valve base to the region of the front wall and the rear wall of the paper bag.
To open the paper bag filled with bulk material, until now usually the cover sheet was torn from the foot base, which however has the disadvantage that paper fibers can fall into the product, which is not tolerated in all cases. In connection with this, it is also known to provide the cover sheet with a tear strip according to German patent publication 1 761 750 for easier tearing.
The object of the invention is to perfect a paper bag with a tear strip so that the paper fibers can not reach the product when tearing.
To solve this problem, in a bag of the type under consideration, a thin sheet is inserted under the cover sheet of the foot base and / or under the cover sheet of the valve base and sticks removable with the bag of paper so that after the tearing of the cover sheet of the foot base or the valve base still completely closes the paper bag and only exposes the product after it has been peeled off.
By this it is achieved that after tearing the base
standing it is possible to open by folding the two parts of the base, but the bag still remains closed by the thin blade. By doing this, it is not possible for paper fibers to fall into the product. Only by grabbing the thin sheet by a corner and detaching it from the paper does the bag open and there is free access to the product.
The thin sheet can be a thin sheet of synthetic material, a thin sheet of metal, a thin sheet of paper with or without coating, a thin sheet of fiberglass, a thin sheet of fabric or a spun fleece of woven fibers, optionally, the thin sheet material must also be biodegradable, capable of composting or recycling.
In the following, the invention is explained in more detail by the figures; the ones shown:
Figure 1 a top plan view on a paper bag with foot base, valve base and hose valve;
Figure 2 a schematic representation of the foot base when tearing;
Figure 3 the foot base according to figure 2 torn and folded, which is still closed by a thin sheet;
Figure 4 the beginning of the detachment of the thin sheet with the foot base open according to figure 3;
Figure 5 the paper bag already half open according to figure 4;
Figure 6 the paper bag of Figure 3 with additional features.
In the figures, the same reference symbols are provided for equal parts. Thus, FIG. 1 shows a paper bag 1 with a foot base 2 and a valve base 3, which are folded in a known manner as crossed bases or pad bases and covers, respectively with a cover sheet 5, 5 '. The cover sheets 5 and 5 'extend in the exemplary embodiment shown on the edges of the foot base 2 and the valve base 3 to the region of the front wall 4 and the rear wall, and are glued to the front wall. usual way to bag 1 of paper.
In the illustrated embodiment, a hose valve 7 is also incorporated in the valve base 3, as is known from the prior art, for example in the utility model document DE 20 2005 004 750 Ul.
In FIG. 1, the paper bag 1 is shown in such a way that the base 2 is facing upwards, as would be favorable for tearing a bag 1 of paper filled with product. To tear serves a tear strip 6 that extends over the entire length of the base
2 standing and therefore from one side of the cover sheet 5 to the opposite side.
Figure 2 now shows the tearing process of the cover sheet 5 of the foot base in a schematic representation, with only the upper part of the paper bag 1 having a front wall 4 and a side wall being represented. For this purpose, the tear strip 6 is gripped in the vicinity of the side wall 8 and is pulled in the direction of the arrow towards the opposite side wall 8 '.
Figure 3 shows the paper bag 1 with the sheet
5 of completely torn cover and the folded side strips 51 1, whereby the paper bag 1 is still closed by a thin sheet 9 of synthetic material inserted and removably attached to the strip 511 of cover sheet.
To open the paper bag 1 it is necessary first to separate the thin sheet 5 from the side strip 5 '1, which is indicated in figure 4, by grasping a corner 10 of the thin sheet 9 and detaching it from the 5' strip 1 side of the cover sheet. In this state, that is, when the thin sheet 9 has not yet come off, the product is not yet exposed because the inside of the paper bag 1 is still closed.
Only figure 5 shows the thinnest sheet 9 that is detached, exposing the interior 11 of the paper bag 1.
When the thin sheet 9 is then completely detached from the paper bag 1, there is an unobstructed access to the product located inside 11, without this having been contaminated by paper fibers during the opening.
Figure 6 shows a refinement of the invention in which the thin sheet 9 is provided with a device for repeated closures. In a first embodiment, the device of repeated closures is formed by the application of special adhesive or special glue that allows to detach and reapply the thin sheet 9 to the paper bag 1 as many times as necessary. This type of special adhesives or special glues are known to the expert. For this purpose it is possible to provide adhesion lines along the edge of the thin sheet 9, or the entire thin sheet 9 may be coated with a special adhesive of this type.
In another embodiment, a closure 13 is provided on the inside of the lateral strip 5"of the paper bag 1, which in one embodiment is below the thin sheet 9 not glued in this area, while in another embodiment the thin sheet 9 is narrower and does not reach the edges of the side strip 5", but leaves free a strip in which the two parts 13 ', and 13" of the closure 13 are arranged. In one embodiment the closure 13 is a closure of
interlock with groove and tongue, in another modality a latch (sailboat type). The interlocking latches with tongue and groove are generally known from plastic bags and therefore the skilled person is familiar with them. The same is valid for the aforementioned coupling closure. To close againAfter the thin sheet 9 has been peeled off, the side strips 5 '1 of the tear-off sheet 5 are pressed against one another, whereby the tongue 13' intervenes in the groove 131 'of the closure 13. The latch is it closes in a similar way, specifically pressing its two parts against each other. By this, the paper bag 1 can be easily closed once it has been opened.
The thin sheet 9 according to the invention can be printed or unprinted and also provided with security features such as images, holograms or strips which ensure that they allow to identify that the thin sheet 9 is damaged after the first detachment or separation of the bag 1 from paper. But in addition to the safety features mentioned above, the sheet can also be provided with information on the contents of the product or instructions on how to proceed with the paper bag or the product it contains.
In another embodiment of the invention, the sheet 9
The thin sheet can serve to form together with the folded base inwards a draining device for which purpose the thin sheet 9 conveniently does not stick with the paper bag 1 in the region or the proximity of one of the side walls 8 or 8 ' . In this region the thin sheet 9 certainly covers the inside of the paper bag 1 but can be turned by hand after tearing the tear strip 6 which is shown in Figure 2, so that the turned part of the base 2 of foot it can be picked up by hand and pulled out towards the side wall 8 or 8 '. If in addition the upturned part of the base 2 is provided with cuts extending approximately parallel to the front wall 4 to the side wall 8 or 8 ', then the inverted part of the foot base 2 can be manually pulled outwards. and together with the part previously turned in the other direction of the thin non-anchored sheet 9 constitutes a casting device which is used particularly well if the opposite base opposite the base 2 stands that in a modality according to figure 1 designated as valve base 3 has a support handle. It is then possible for a user to comfortably grip the support handle and empty the product through the emptying device formed by the thin sheet 9 turned upwards and the region extracted from the foot base.
In addition, the thin sheet 9 may be provided in
the proximity of the lateral edges 8 or 81 with recesses 14, 14 'in the form of holes or patterns which serve to suspend the thin sheet 9 alone or together with the open paper bag 1, for example from a nail or a hook. This is particularly convenient if the thin sheet is provided with indications for use that can provide the user with assistance in using the product after it has been detached from the paper bag 1.
Finally, the paper bag 1 according to the invention can comprise, on the cover sheet 5 of the base 2 and / or the valve base 3, a support handle extending parallel to the tear strip 6 , being that then, if the support handle is centrally disposed on the base the tear strip (6) in that case does not extend centrally with respect to the cover sheet (5, 5 ').
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is that which is clear from the present description of the invention.
