Abstract
La presente invención se dirige a métodos para estimular o incrementar la angiogénesis en un paciente el cual comprende, administrar al paciente una cantidad efectiva terapéuticamente de una proteína endorepelina, en donde la proteína endorepelina tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos del dominio V de perlecan o fragmentos o derivados, análogos del mismo; y estimular o incrementar la generación de vasos sanguíneos. La presente invención se dirige a composiciones para incrementar la angiogénesis.
