Abstract

Se proporcionan varias modalidades de sistemas, métodos y aparatos para cambiar un modo operativo de un control 106 remoto para un dispositivo 102 controlado. Un control remoto consulta un dispositivo 402 controlado para determinar el estado operativo del dispositivo 404 controlado. En respuesta a determinar el estado operativo del dispositivo controlado, el control remoto determina si debe entrar a un estado en modo activo y/o un estado 408 en modo de energía limitada. Los componentes de control remoto pueden recibir después un comando para entrar en un estado en modo operativo seleccionado, dependiendo de si los componentes se utilizan en el estado operativo actual del dispositivo controlado.
