Abstract

본 발명은 소정의 조도감지소자에 의해 감지되는 조도량에 따라 발광소자를 발광시켜 리모콘의 위치를 알리도록 함과 더불어 사용자의 리모콘접촉여부에 따라 그 리모콘상의 기능버튼이 점등되도록 하여 어둠 속에서도 손쉽게 기능선택을 할 수 있도록 된 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 리모콘이 위치해 있는 주위조도량을 감지하는 조도감지부(10)와, 인체의 접촉여부를 감지하는 인체접촉감지부(20), 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)에서 인체접촉감지신호가 출력되는 순간 소정의 시간을 계시하는 계시부(30), 상기 조도감지부(10)로부터의 조도감지신호에 따라 리모콘의 위치를 알리는 소정의 리모콘위치표시제어신호를 출력함과 더불어 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터의 인체접촉감지신호출력여부에 따라 복수의 기능버튼식별을 위해 소정의 기능버튼조명제어신호를 출력하고, 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터 인체접촉감지 신호가 인가되면 상기 계시부(30)의 소정시간계시동작이 수행되도록 제어하며, 상기 소정시간이 경과되면 복수의 기능버튼이 점멸되도록 제어하는 제어부(40), 상기 제어부(40)에서 출력되는 소정의 리모콘 위치표시제어신호에 따라 리모콘의 위치를 표시하는 리모콘위치표시부(60)가 소등/점멸되도록 구동시키는 표시구동부(50) 및, 상기 제어부(40)에서 출력되는 소정의 기능버튼조명제어신호에 따라 기능버튼의 식별이 용이하도록 소정의 빛을 조사하는 기능버튼조명부(80)를 구동시키는 조명구동부(70)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘의 블럭구성도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 조도감지부의 일예를 나타낸 회로도.

Claims (3)

  1. 리모콘이 위치해 있는 주위조도량을 감지하는 조도감지부(10)와, 인체의 접촉여부를 감지하는 인체접촉감지부(20), 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)에서 인체접촉감지신호가 출력되는 순간 소정의 시간을 계시하는 계시부(30), 상기 조도감지부(10)로부터의 조도감지신호에 따라 리모콘의 위치를 알리는 소정의 리모콘위치표시제어신호를 출력함과 더불어 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터의 인체접촉감지신호출력여부에 따라 복수의 기능버튼식별을 위해 소정의 기능 버튼조명제어신호를 출력하고, 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터 인체접촉감지 신호가 인가되면 상기 계시부(30)의 소정시간계시동작이 수행되도록 제어하며, 상기 소정시간이 경과되면 복수의 기능버튼이 점멸되도록 제어하는 제어부(40), 상기 제어부(40)에서 출력되는 소정의 리모콘 위치표시제어신호에 따라 리모콘의 위치를 표시하는 리모콘위치표시부(60)가 소등/점멸되도록 구동시키는 표시구동부(50) 및, 상기 제어부(40)에서 출력되는 소정의 기능버튼조명제어신호에 따라 기능버튼의 식별이 용이하도록 소정의 빛을 조사하는 기능버튼조명부(80)를 구동시키는 조명구동부(70)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)는 리모콘의 좌ㆍ우측면부에 상호 대응되는 복수의 터치식 스위치(20a~20j, 20k~ 20t)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리모콘위치표시부(60)는 리모콘의 모서리부분에 각각 설치되는 복수의 발광소자(60a, 60b, 60c, 60d)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 야간점등기능을 갖춘 리모콘.
