Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método para producir capas que comprenden óxidos ternarios y superiores de constituyentes metálicos y semi-metálicos, en donde la temperatura de generación de tales óxidos se establece sustancialmente encima de la composición de los blancos de aleación (con base en diagrama de fases) binarios (o superiores).
