Abstract
Se da a conocer un derivado de berizofenona que contiene tiazol, representado por la fórmula 1, y un isómero del mismo, una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, un hidrato del mismo y un solvato del mismo, una composición farmacéutica que comprende el derivado, un uso del derivado como agente terapéutico y un método para preparar el derivado. Los derivados tiazol de benzofenona inhiben la formación de microtúbulos y eliminan células activamente en proliferación de los tumores malignos para controlar la proliferación celular general. En la fórmula 1, R, R1 y R2 se definen como anteriormente.
