Abstract
Se describen sistemas y metodologías que facilitan la selección/reselección de uno o más puntos de acceso, células relacionadas, o portadoras con base, al menos en parte, en el cálculo de una eficiencia de energía relacionada con los puntos de acceso; en particular, la eficiencia de energía se puede basar, al menos en parte, en una pérdida de trayectoria estimada y/o un nivel de interferencia relacionado con la comunicación con los puntos de acceso; además, los parámetros de carga relacionados con el punto de acceso pueden ser recibidos y evaluados en la selección y/o re-selección del punto de acceso; por lo tanto, los puntos de acceso pueden ser seleccionados o re-seleccionados con base en parámetros diferentes a la potencia de transmisión de enlace de avance; además, la pérdida de trayectoria y/o niveles de interferencia pueden ser ponderados con base en el tipo de punto de acceso para evitar la sobrecarga de macrocélulas.
