Abstract
La presente invención trata sobre una preparación farmacéutica o nutricéutica que consta de un núcleo que contiene una sustancia farmacéutica o nutricéuticamente activa y una sustancia que actúa en una forma moduladora con respecto a la liberación de las sustancias farmacéutica o nutricéuticamente activas; y una capa controladora que rodea el núcleo y consta de i) 55 a 92% por peso con base en el peso total de copolímeros (met) acrílicos presentes en la capa de un o una mezcla de una variedad de copolímeros de (met) acrilato compuesta de 80 a 98% por peso con base en el peso del copolímero (met) acrílico de unidades estructurales derivadas del C1 a C4 alquil ésteres del ácido (met) acrílico y 2 a 20% por peso con base en el peso del copolímero (met) acrílico de unidades estructurales derivado de monómeros de (met) acrilato con un grupo de amonio cuaternario en el radical alquilo; y ii) 8 a 45% por peso con base en el peso total de los copolímeros (met) acrílicos presentes en la capa de uno o una mezcla de una variedad de copolímeros de (met) acrilato compuesto por más de 5 a 59% por peso con base en el peso del copolímero o unidades estructurales derivadas del ácido acrílico o del ácido metacrílico y tabletas o cápsulas que constan de lo mismo.
