Abstract
Esta invención proporciona un proceso para producir una placa espumada de resina que cura con calor, que comprende eyectar una composición de resina que comprende una mezcla de al menos una resina que cura con calor, un agente espumante, y un agente de curado sobre el material de una superficie que forma y cura al recubrimiento. La composición de resina es suministrada desde una pluralidad de orificios de entrada en una matriz a través de una pluralidad de pasajes de flujo divididos hacia el interior de la matriz y se deja permanecer para combinar los flujos de composición, y la composición de resina combinada es eyectada desde el orificio de eyección del labio de la matriz sobre el material de la superficie para formar un recubrimiento similar a una placa.
