Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo para desapilar partes (12) en forma de placa, en particular pletinas de chapa metálica, que comprende al menos una primera estación (13) de depósito donde al menos una pila (14) de partes (12) en forma de placas está dispuesta, y al menos una estación (15) de transporte en que las partes (12) en forma de placa continúan su transporte de manera desapilada. Una unidad (17) de desapilamiento es provista con la finalidad de transferir las partes (12) en forma de placa entre la estación (13) de depósito y la estación (15) de transporte; la unidad (17) de desapilamiento referida acceda a la pila (14) de partes y retira, pieza por pieza, partes (12) en forma de placa, desapilando en esto la pila (14) de partes, y las deposita en la estación (15) de transporte. La unidad (17) de desapilamiento comprende dos robots (18a, 18b) que trabajan independientemente el uno del otro y que acceden de manera alternante a una pila (14) de partes común de la estación (13) de depósito y que son controlados por un dispositivo (19) de control de manera tal que un primer o segundo robot (18a, 18b) retira una parte (12) en forma de placa de la pila (14) de partes y, simultáneamente, el primer robot (18a, 18b) deposita una parte en forma de placa retirada en la estación (15) de transporte.
