Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a formas cristalinas farmacéuticamente estables de sal sádica de ácido (5,6-Dimetil-9-oxo-9H{-xanteno-4-il) acético (DMXAA), procesos para preparar aquellas formas cristalinas estables; composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden al menos una de aquellas formas cristalinas en forma sólida o en forma disuelta y un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable. Se describen métodos para utilizar aquellas composiciones farmacéuticas para tratar tumores, opcionalmente en combinación con otros agentes farmacéuticos activos.
