Abstract
La presente invención proporciona bacterias Mycoplasma atenuadas, vivas que presentan expresión reducida de una o más proteínas seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en piruvato deshidrogenasa, fosfopiruvato hidratasa, 2-de-oxiribosa-5-fosfato aldolasa, y proteína ríbosomal L35, con relación a una bacteria Mycoplasma tipo silvestre de la misma especie: también se proporcionan vacunas y métodos de vacunación que implican el uso de las bacterias Mycoplasma atenuadas, vivas y métodos para hacer las bacterias Mycoplasma atenuadas vivas.
