Abstract

El método de fabricación de un aislador de alto voltaje (1) que comprende un faldón de vidrio o porcelana (2), una tapa metálica (4), y un vástago metálico (6), comprende la etapa que consiste en sellar la tapa (4) y el vástago (6) respectivamente al faldón (2) del aislador (1) por medio de un mortero sellador. El mortero sellador se obtiene mezclando cemento aluminoso con arena para formar una mezcla seca, y después mezclando la mezcla resultante con agua. También se mezcla en seco sílice fumante con cemento y arena, y, antes de mezclar la mezcla con agua, se añade al agua una solución acuosa que contiene un dispersante hidrosoluble que contiene funciones carboxílicas y cadenas de poliéter.
