技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土添加剂,具体涉及一种混凝土减水剂和增加流动性的添加剂。
背景技术
目前市场上的减水剂品种较多,如专利CN101575186B、CN100381386C、CN100395206C、CN100386282C、CN100345789C等,其功能有的是为了缓凝,有的是为了降低成本采用低成本原料,或为环保采用再生原料等,其目的都是单一的减水功能,这些产品会造成混凝土施工流动性不好的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术性不足,提供一种增加流动性的混凝土减水增流剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种混凝土减水增流剂,由甲氧基聚乙二醇烯丙基封端聚醚(以下简称聚醚)、氢氧化钠、二甲基硅油、聚丙烯酰胺等组成,其特征是:制备所用材料成分的重量百分比是:聚醚80%~90%、丙烯酸8.5%~10.5%、巯基乙酸0.2%~0.3%、双氧水0.25%~0.35%、氢氧化钠3%~4%、二甲基硅油0.1%~0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺0.04%~0.05%。
本发明的有益效果是:制造成本低;生产工艺简单;产品质量控制容易;添加在水泥、砂浆、混凝土中即能减水又增加了流动性;能增加水泥强度和密实度;方便施工。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
按照下述重量百分比制备的混凝土减水增流剂:聚醚85%、丙烯酸10.2%、巯基乙酸0.3%、双氧水0.26%、氢氧化钠4%、二甲基硅油0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺0.04%。掺入水泥后,其特点为流速快,强度高。
实施例2
按照下述重量百分比制备的混凝土减水增流剂:聚醚87%、丙烯酸8.96%、巯基乙酸0.2%、双氧水0.3%、氢氧化钠3.3%、二甲基硅油0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺0.04%。掺入水泥后,其特点为强度更高。
实施例3
按照下述重量百分比制备的混凝土减水增流剂:聚醚87%、丙烯酸9.3%、巯基乙酸0.22%、双氧水0.33%、氢氧化钠3%、二甲基硅油0.1%、聚丙烯酰胺0.05%。掺入水泥后,其特点为流速更快。

1.一种混凝土减水增流剂,由甲氧基聚乙二醇烯丙基封端聚醚(以下简称聚醚)、氢氧化钠、二甲基硅油、聚丙烯酰胺等组成,其特征是:制备所用材料成分的重量百分比是:聚醚80%~90%、丙烯酸8.5%~10.5%、巯基乙酸0.2%~0.3%、双氧水0.25%~0.35%、氢氧化钠3%~4%、二甲基硅油0.1%~0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺0.04%~0.05%。
