Abstract

Los cubípodos son piezas pesadas de hormigón que se utilizan como medios de protección de mantos de diques o espigones en costas y similares, teniendo una forma cúbica u ortoédrica con resaltes en sus caras (3), pudiendo variar tanto el número como la posición y forma geométrica de dichos resaltes (2) El molde está constituido por una mesa (4) con una placa (6) de la que desciende un rehundido (5) correspondiente al resalte inferior del cubípodo (1), teniendo patas (9) de apoyo sobre una solera rígida (10). En la mesa (4) descansa una carcasa (11) prismática con la forma del cubípodo (1) y que carece de la base superior. En una arista superior articula un bastidor de perfiles (18, 19) con una campana (17) para conformar el resalte superior (2) El desmoldeo se efectúa por izado de la carcasa (11), una vez abatidas unas superficies diédricas (14-15) constitutivas de la cara inferior de los resaltes (2) y parte inferior de la carcasa.
