Abstract

La presente invención describe un método novedoso de identificación filogenética para identificar las especies bacterianas anaerobias desnitrificantes indígenas en un pozo de petróleo, que tienen la capacidad de modificar las propiedades del petróleo crudo para mejorar su recuperación.
