Abstract
La presente invención proporciona composiciones y métodos para reducir el sulfuro de hidrógeno y/o mercaptanos en petróleo y/o gas natural, así como para reducir la corrosión inducida por microbios ("MIC") en entornos de producción de petróleo y gas. En particular, la presente invención proporciona composiciones y métodos amigables con el medio ambiente para reducir el sulfuro de hidrógeno en entornos de petróleo y gas natural mediante el control de bacterias biocorrosivas, como SRB, en su interior.
