Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método y equipo para controlar la planitud de una tira de acero inoxidable en relación con el enfriamiento después del recocido en una línea de acabado. La tira (1) es primero en la dirección del movimiento (2) de la tira enfriada con la alimentación de cuando menos un medio de enfriamiento a través de cuando menos un grupo de dispositivos de alimentación (5, 6) localizados de manera transversal a la dirección del movimiento de la tira para todo el ancho de la tira (1), la cantidad del medio de enfriamiento siendo ajustada utilizando los datos registrados y predeterminados (7) de la temperatura deseada de la tira para planitud, la temperatura de la tira es entonces determinada (8) y después de la determinación de la temperatura un paso adicional de enfriamiento es llevado a cabo alimentando cuando menos un medio de enfriamiento a través de cuando menos un grupo de dispositivos de alimentación (9) localizado de manera transversal a la dirección del movimiento (2) de la tira, cuando el valor determinado de la temperatura es diferente del valor predeterminado de la temperatura, antes de que la planitud sea controlada usando un dispositivo de control (11) que contiene una pluralidad de unidades de control de planitud (12) y localizado de manera transversal a la dirección del movimiento (2) de la tira.
