Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de composiciones de policarbonato relleno con nanotubos de carbono de resistencia a impactos modificada y de masas de moldeo, caracterizado porque (i) se mezcla en una primera etapa el CNT (componente C) con copolímero vinílico que contiene caucho (componente B) y/o copolímero vinílico exento de caucho (componente D) en un extrusor de doble husillo con obtención de una mezcla maestra de CNT, (ii) se mezcla en una segunda etapa la mezcla maestra de CNT de la primera etapa con policarbonato (componente A), y dado el caso otras proporciones de B y D, así como dado el caso otros aditivos (componente E) en un extrusorde doble husillo, en el que la reducción del peso molecular del policarbonato durante el mezclado intensivo mejora frente al procedimiento conocido en el estado de la técnica.
