Abstract

La invenci?n se refiere a un procedimiento para la producci?n de un sensor de movimiento, en especial un sensor del n?mero de revoluciones del giro de la rueda de un veh?culo. En este procedimiento un m?dulo el?ctrico (10) con un circuito integrado (IC; 11) y un cable de conexi?n (28) se recubren mediante el moldeo por inyecci?n con un material sint?tico, y en un primer proceso de inyecci?n el m?dulo (19) se apoya mediante una pieza de fijaci?n (42) en una m?quina de moldeo por inyecci?n (30) y en la zona opuesta a la pieza de fijaci?n (42) se aplica parcialmente un material sint?tico. A continuaci?n se retira la pieza de fijaci?n (42) y se sustituye por un segundo n?cleo (44) para la inyecci?n final (58) y despu?s se inyecta el recubrimiento restante (60) del m?dulo (10) y/o del cable de conexi?n (28) en una segunda etapa de inyecci?n, formando as? el contorno final.
