Abstract
Tintas para impresión para el proceso de impresión intaglio, también conocido como proceso de impresión con plancha de acero grabada. En particular, tintas de secado oxidativo que comprenden una combinación de cera fundible y un componente aglutinante de secado UV. Estas tintas pueden usarse para realizar impresiones en una imprenta convencional, y al someterlas a una irradiación UV breve después de la impresión, puede reducirse significativamente o eliminarse el traspaso indeseable de la imagen que puede ocurrir después de imprimir y apilar las hojas impresas. El uso de las tintas de la presente invención resulta en una menor cantidad de hojas contaminadas por traspaso de imágenes, lo que permite apilar más hojas del bien impreso, usar profundidades de grabado mayores, crear diseños intaglio más complejos, e imprimir en sustratos menos porosos, al tiempo que permite realizar la impresión en una imprenta convencional y ofrece la posibilidad de usar una temperatura menor en la plancha de impresión.
