Abstract
La invención se relaciona con compuestos antibacterianos de fórmula I (ver fórmula I) en la cual R1 representa halógeno o alcoxilo; U y W cada uno representa N, y representa CH y R2 representa H o F, o U y V cada uno representa CH, W representa N y R2 representa H o F, o U representa N, V representa CH, W representa CH o CRa y R2 representa H, o también, cuando W representa CH, puede representar F; Ra representa CH2OH o alcoxicarbonilo; A representa el grupo CH=CH-B, un sistema heterocíclico binuclear D, un grupo fenilo que está mono-substituido en la posición 4 por alquilo, o un grupo fenilo que está disubstituido en las posiciones 3 y 4, en donde cada uno de los substituyentes es seleccionado de manera independiente de entre alquilo y halógeno, B representando un grupo fenilo mono- o di-substituido en donde cada substituyente es un átomo halógeno y D representando el grupo (ver fórmula) en el cual Z representa CH o N, y Q representa O ó S; y con sales de tales compuestos.
