Abstract
La invenci?n se refiere a un m?todo para el tratamiento de gas producto crudo producido por la gasificaci?n bajo presi?n de combustibles s?lidos. Despu?s de enfriamiento a 15 a 45?C, se remueven las sustancias siguientes por fisisorci?n con oxigenado fr?o: en una etapa preliminar, HCN y NH3 en una primera etapa, H2S y COS y, en caso necesario, otros compuestos sulfurosos; y en una segunda etapa, CO2. El gas producto puro es entonces transportado como gas de reducci?n y/o gas de combusti?n a una reducci?n directa de mineral de hierro. Una mejora del m?todo se encuentra en el hecho que el gas producto desulfurizado es mezclado con gas de retorno cargado con CO2 y con vapor de agua desviado de la circulaci?n del gas de retorno a partir de la reducci?n directa de mineral de hierro, una vez que el vapor contenido ah? ha sido removido.
