Abstract

Un tubo de acero se prepara, que contiene por masa, máximo 0.009% C, máximo 1.0% Mn, máximo 1.0% Si, máximo 0.04 % P, máximo 0.005 % S, 0.01 a 0.2 % Ti, 0.01 a 0.10 % V, 0.001 a 0.1 % Al, máximo 0.1% N, 4.0 a 8.0 % Ni, 9.0 a 15.0 % Cr y 1.5 a 7.0 % Mo, siendo el resto Fe y las impurezas. El tubo de acero preparado se dobla en un tubo acodado, el tubo acodado se enfría rápidamente en una temperatura de templado inferior que 950ºC. El tubo acodado templado se endurece. En consecuencia, el tubo acodado de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene excelente resistencia a SSC.
