Abstract
Un dispositivo de estación base comprende un medio de asignación de recursos para realizar lo siguiente. Un recurso de radio es asignado al dispositivo de la estación base para realizar la comunicación, mediante el uso del canal común del equipo de usuario y un enlace descendente por medio de un método de asignación de recursos para asignar dinámicamente los recursos de radio, y un segundo método de asignación de recursos para asignar los recursos de radio para cada periodo constante. Si un tamaño de los datos que van a ser transmitidos es o no menor que un umbral predeterminado de antemano, el recurso de radio es asignado por el primer método de asignación de recursos. Si el tamaño de los datos que van a ser transmitidos es menor que el umbral predeterminado, los recursos de radio son asignados por el segundo método de asignación de recursos. El recurso de radio asegurado como el recurso de radio asignado por el segundo método de asignación de recursos, si el tamaño de los datos que van a ser transmitidos es no menor que el umbral predeterminado, el cual es determinado de antemano, es asignado como el recurso de radio asignado por el primer método de asignación de recursos.
