Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de indol 2-heteroaril sustituidos, a precursores de los mismos y a usos terapéuticos de estos compuestos, que tienen la siguiente fórmula estructural (la): y a su sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, a composiciones y métodos de uso. Además, la invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de indol 2-heteroaril sustituidos que son adecuados para formar imágenes de depósitos amiloides en pacientes vivos, a sus composiciones, métodos de uso y procedimientos para elaborar estos compuestos. Más específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a un método para crear imágenes de depósitos amiloides en cerebro in vivo para permitir el diagnóstico ante-mortem de enfermedad de Alzheimer así como para medir la eficacia clínica de agentes terapéuticos para enfermedad de Alzheimer.
