Abstract

Se describe un método para obtener una imagen digital del resultado de una aglutinación, que comprende llevar a cabo un ensayo de aglutinación sobre un sustrato de reacción el cual tiene una serie de dimensiones y características que permiten obtener un patrón de aglutinación en el resultado del ensayo. La imagen del resultado se revela. La imagen tiene un fondo a color que maximiza una relación señal/ruido. Además, la imagen ha pasado a través de un filtro que complementa la acción del fondo a color y realza las aglutinaciones en la imagen mientras que adicionalmente se aumenta la relación señal/ruido.
