Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de amidas del ácido 3-amino-tetrahidrofurano-3-carboxílico sustituidas de fórmula general (I) y sus precursores con alta pureza óptica (ver fórmula I) a los precursores de la síntesis de amidas del ácido S-amino-tetrahidrofurano-S-carboxílico sustituidas de fórmula general (I) con alta pureza óptica, y a los tautómeros, enantiómeros, diastereómeros, mezclas y sales de amidas del ácido 3-amino-tetrahidrofurano-3-carboxílico sustituidas de fórmula general (I) con alta pureza óptica, particularmente las sales fisiológicamente aceptables de las mismas con ácidos o bases inorgánicas u orgánicas, que tienen propiedades valiosas.
