Abstract

Un material de chapa de acero inoxidable artificial de un núcleo de chapa de acero semiduro ferroso se pule en un aparato de pulido que comprende una serie de cabezales de pulido comercialmente disponibles cada uno de los cuales utiliza una banda de pulido de un malla y tamaño de granalla predeterminado, velocidad de banda, oscilaciones de banda transversales a la dirección transportada de la chapa de acero, a velocidades de transportación predeterminadas de la chapa de acero y la presión. Los cabezales de pulido rayan la superficie del material en donde las rayas imitan un acabado de acero inoxidable tal como un acabado de acero inoxidable #4 (malla 80). Un ejemplo y muestra se describen en una modalidad de la invención.
