Abstract
Con una meta de optimizar la producción de propileno, petróleo tal como gasóleo se desintegra catalíticamente mediante poner en contacto al petróleo con una mezcla de catalizadores que consiste en un catalizador de desintegración base que contiene una zeolita tipo Y estable y cantidades pequeñas de óxido de metal de tierras raras, y un aditivo que contiene una zeolita selectiva de forma, en un aparato de desintegración catalítica de fluidos de tipo descendente teniendo una zona de regeneración, una zona de separación, y una zona de despojo, donde la conversión de hidrocarburos ocurre bajo condiciones relativamente severas. De acuerdo con este proceso de desintegración catalítica de fluidos, la producción de olefinas de fracción ligera tal como propileno se maximiza mediante aplicar sistemas de control de procesos, monitoreo, y optimización apropiados. Datos de modelo de procesos e históricos para probar un sistema predictivo pueden proporcionar alerta temprana de degradación de desempeño y falla de equipo potenciales en la unidad de FCC.
