Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de alcaloides nuevos que tienen actividades anti-proliferativas y anti-migratorias, en particular a compuesto de la fórmula (I) o (II), (ver fórmula (I) o (II)) estereoisómeros, tautómeros, racematos, profármacos, metabolitos de los mismos, o una sal y/o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, en donde R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, y R7 tienen el mismo significado como el que se define en las reivindicaciones. La presente invención también se refiere a un método para la preparación de los compuestos, a composiciones, en particular farmacéuticos, que comprenden tales compuestos, y a usos de tales compuestos en el tratamiento y profilaxis del cáncer.
