Abstract
Se describe un soporte de lente intraocular que tiene una capacidad de control; una modalidad de la presente invención provee un soporte de lente intraocular que se inserta en un saco capsular, que incluye una primera cara que está en contacto con una superficie interior del saco capsular en al menos un punto como un cuerpo estructural que se extiende a lo largo de una región ecuatorial del saco capsular; y una segunda cara dispuesta de manera opuesta a la primera cara, en donde, en una sección en donde el cuerpo estructural está cortado a lo largo de un plano virtual en una dirección de eje visual (dirección Y) de un lente ocular, la primera cara está provista a un longitud de 3/4 a 3 veces una longitud (d5, d10) de una región en donde una zónula de Zinn está acoplada a una superficie exterior del saco capsular.
