Abstract

La invención se refiere a un relleno que consiste de una fase acuosa continua, donde dicho relleno tiene una actividad de agua (Aw) de 0.5 a 0.93 y un contenido de grasa de menos 25% por peso con relación al peso total del relleno, y comprende por lo menos un almidón no gelatinizado, caracterizado en que por lo menos 5%, de preferencia por lo menos 10%, y aun mas preferentemente por lo menos 15% de las partículas son mayores que o iguales a 10 um en tamaño.
