Abstract
La presente invención describe un método para hacer un producto alimenticio de bocadillo horneado, de multi-grano, grano entero con una textura suave y crujiente similar a una galleta. Se ha determinado que las escalas de fórmula de ingrediente incrementan al máximo la cantidad y el número de granos enteros nutritivos presentes en el bocadillo, mientras se sigue manteniendo la textura suave y crujiente, y el color y sabor aceptables. Los ingredientes se combinan con agua para hacer una masa, la cual después se forma en láminas y se corta en piezas. Las piezas son horneadas para producir un alimento de bocadillo horneado, multi-grano, grano entero.
