Abstract

Los implantes subcutáneos obtenidos por extrusión que contienen (1) micropartículas que contienen un ingrediente activo dispersado en una matriz PLGA y opcionalmente micropartículas (2) que consisten del mismo ingrediente activo o (2') de un ingrediente activo diferente preferiblemente que pertenece a la misma categoría que el contenido en (1) todos los micropartículas (1) siendo dispersadas en una matriz de PLGA (3), que tiene una temperatura de transición de vidrio menor al PGLA contenido en (1).
