Abstract
La presente invención provee un gasificador orientado verticalmente que comprende regiones de procesamiento verticalmente sucesivas para la conversión de materia prima carbonácea en gas. El gasificador comprende: una o más cámaras de procesamiento con dos o más regiones de procesamiento verticalmente sucesivas que están distribuidas dentro de las una o más cámaras de procesamiento, dentro de cada una de las cuales se favorece al menos parcialmente un respectivo proceso seleccionado del grupo que consiste de secado, volatilización y conversión de carbono. Las regiones de procesamiento se identifican por los intervalos de temperatura que permiten respectivamente cada uno de los procesos respectivos. Uno o más elementos de entrada aditivos se asocian con las regiones de procesamiento para ingresar aditivos con el fin de promover cada uno de los procesos al menos parcialmente favorecidos que los componen. Además, el gasificador comprende uno o más módulos de control de desplazamiento de material adaptado para controlar el movimiento vertical de la materia prima a través de las regiones de procesamiento, a fin de mejorar eh proceso al menos parcialmente favorecido, uno o más ingresos de materia prima ubicados cerca de una primera de las regiones de procesamiento y una o más salidas de gas y una o más salidas de residuos.
