Abstract

Método para prevenir una colisión entre dos cabinas de ascensor (A1, A2) de una instalación de ascensores, cuyas cabinas se mueven de manera sustancialmente independiente entre sí en un pozo en común, y una instalación de ascensores. Un sistema de protección contra colisiones (20), produce un retardo de cada cabina de ascensor en movimiento (A1, A2), mediante un freno de detención en cuanto la distancia efectiva entre las cabinas de ascensor (A1, A2), se reduce a un valor inferior a una distancia mínima crítica. Después del retardo de las cabinas (A1, A2), por medio de los frenos de detención, entra en función un sistema de detención de emergencia. Un sistema de control de este sistema de detención de emergencia evalúa el estado instantáneo del movimiento de las cabinas de ascensor (A1, A2). Con la ayuda de los frenos de cabina, que están asociados a las cabinas de ascensor (A1, A2), se activa instantáneamente un retardo adicional de cada una de las cabinas en movimiento (A1, A2), cuando el estado de movimiento de las mismas satisface criterios definibles para la detención de emergencia.
