Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo de produccion de combustible a partir de un material carbonaceo biodegradable utilizando un biorreactor de particulas apiladas. Un biorreactor de particulas apiladas es formado a partir de las particulas que incluyen un material carbonaceo biodegradable. El material carbonaceo biodegradable es el biorreactor de particulas apiladas que es bioconvertido aerobicamente y/o anaerobicamente en uno o mas synfuels, los cuales son colectados desde el reactor. Los synfuels producidos por el metodo pueden incluir petroleo sintetico, alcohol, y/o un combustible gaseoso que contiene metano. Preferentemente, el metodo incluye una case de biotratamiento aerobica seguida por una fase de bioconversion anaerobica.
