Abstract
Se proporciona una composicion farmaceutica granular estable de solifenacina o su sal que en la aplicacion de las preparaciones de solifenacina o su sal en los campos clinicos, tiene una forma esferica adecuada para el revestimiento, que es capaz de inhibir la descomposicion por el envejecimiento a modo de ser estable. En particular, se proporciona una composicion farmaceutica granular producida mediante la produccion de una composicion granular de solifenacina, utilizando un agente aglutinante de un Tg o pf de <174 degree C. Se proporciona una composicion granular de solifenacina o su sal, ademas se estabiliza mediante la adicion de un tratamiento de promocion de la cristalizacion despues de la produccion de una composicion farmaceutica granular.
