Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un metodo para preparar un organosol de particulas inorganicas que comprende mezclar una dispersion acuosa o sol (coloide liquido) de particulas inorganicas con un liquido organico y un polimero u oligomero que tiene funcionalidades que se adsorben en las particulas inorganicas; y permitir que la mezcla se separe en una capa acuosa y una capa organica, la capa organica comprende las particulas inorganicas. La invencion tambien proporciona una composicion polimerica preparada por este metodo. Una composicion de revestimiento se aplica a un substrato y se cura para proporcionar una capa de revestimiento sobre el substrato. Una composicion polimerica que contiene las particulas inorganicas se moldea en un articulo.
