Abstract
一种超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,包括基料、颜填料及成膜助剂,其中基料用普通的苯丙乳液,颜填料选用优质的钛白粉等材料,其特征是颜填料是先用钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面预处理,以钛酸酯偶联剂1份与0.5份三乙胺搅拌混合制成季铵盐,并将季胺盐分散在600份水中,与颜、填料搅拌均匀,120℃烘干8小时,再按一般乳胶漆生产工艺加入涂料中;在CA-1成膜助剂中加入市售抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂苯并三唑加热反应制成CU-1成膜助剂。本发明具有优异的耐擦洗性及抗老化性,是一种品质更优良的外墙乳胶漆。
Description
本发明涉及一种建筑物外墙涂料,尤指一种外墙乳胶漆。
众所周知,乳胶漆的基本组成是包括有(1)基料(一般为合成树脂乳液);(2)颜填料;(3)助剂…等等,目前对于乳胶漆的改进主要集中于助剂的选择及用量上,通过对助剂的选择来提高乳胶漆的品质。
本发明人长期从事建筑涂料的研究开发工作,研究中发现现有外墙乳胶漆的耐候性尚不十分理想,仍有可改进之处,因而深入加以研究改进,根据建筑涂料的品质很大程度上取决于新的助剂的合成和各种助剂的选择配合,通过大量的试验比较,终使本发明得以产生。
即本发明的主要目的是提供一种超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,使仅以少量的成本增加而达到显著优于现有产品各项主要性能指标,从而显著提高外墙乳胶漆的品质。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案是:
一种超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,包括基料、颜填料及成膜助剂,其中,基料用普通的苯丙乳液,颜填料选用优质的钛白粉,其特征在于:颜、填料是先用钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面预处理,预处理的方法是以钛酸酯偶联剂1重量份与0.5重量份三乙胺搅拌混合制成季铵盐,并将季胺盐分散在600重量份水中,与颜、填料搅拌均匀,烘干得到经过预处理的颜、填料,再按一般乳胶漆生产工艺加入涂料中;在CA-1成膜助剂中加入市售抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂苯并三唑加热反应制成CU-1成膜助剂。
上述制备成膜助剂CU-1的反应条件是在80℃,搅拌反应4小时。
上述钛酸酯偶联剂为二(焦磷酸二辛酯)氧乙酸酯钛酸酯,如国外生产的商品代号KR-138S或国产的商品代号TC-115或TC-WT。
上述颜、填料的烘干条件是于120℃烘干8小时。
成膜助剂CU-1的使用量为苯丙乳液的1%~4%重量百分比。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明的特殊之处在于使用了新的涂料助剂,首先用钛酸酯偶联剂对颜、填料进行表面预处理,增强了涂膜的强度与耐水性。其次用市场上已有的成膜助剂CA-1进行改性,合成了新的成膜助剂CU-1,用这种成膜助剂可使涂膜耐候性大幅度提高。钛酸酯偶联剂的作用是在无机颜、填料和有机合成树脂之间架起“桥梁”,使结合牢固,涂膜中因无机和有机组份结合成整体,故涂膜不易断裂,且与底材牢固结合,提高了耐擦洗性能。现有的以苯丙乳液为基料的乳胶漆,可形成苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚树脂膜,较廉价,但因苯乙烯易因光照断链而产生老化、发黄和变脆现象,直接影响涂膜的耐老化性能,利用本发明中合成的成膜助剂CU-1,可使较廉价的苯丙乳液涂膜耐候性得到大幅度提高。
本发明的超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,虽然助剂的成本有所增加,但由于助剂在整个涂料中所占的比例仅为0.1%~1%(重量),故成本仅略有增加,而性能却得到大幅度的提高,且相对于选用纯丙乳液和硅丙乳液,成本低得多,可以说本发明的性能价格比是占有极大优势的。
以上测试数据可以充分说明本发明的耐候性极为优越,相对于现有产品具有突出的显著效果及进步。
下面例举两个较佳实施例进一步阐明本发明。
<实施例一>
按下述配方制成超耐候性外墙乳胶漆(以下各组份单位为重量百分含量)。
BC-01苯丙乳液 43.9
CU-1成膜助剂 1.7
钛白粉(金红石型) 16.9
硫酸钡 6.8
滑石粉 3.8
DA分散剂 0.3
六偏磷酸钠(10%水溶液) 0.3
AT-1增稠剂 1.3
有机硅消泡剂 0.3
磷酸三丁酯 0.3
防腐剂 0.1
乙二醇 1.2
PH调节剂(氨水) 0.4
分散介质(水) 22.7
其中颜填料表面处理工艺:以钛酸酯偶联剂KR-138S 1重量份与0.5重量份三乙胺搅拌混合制成季铵盐,并将季胺盐分散在600重量份水中,与颜、填料搅拌均匀,于120℃烘干8小时,制成经表面预处理的颜填料,再按一般乳胶漆生产工艺加入涂料中。
成膜助剂CU-1的制备,以成膜助剂CA-1加入抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂苯并三唑经加热(80℃左右),搅拌4小时反应制成。

上述实施例中所使用的各原料化学成份及来源如下:DA-分散剂为阴离子型共聚羧酸盐;AT-01增稠剂为丙烯酸酯-醋酸乙烯共聚阴离子型乳液树脂;ATX-01增稠剂为甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸乙酯共聚交联型乳液树脂;CA-1成膜助剂为乙二醇醚类及醋酸酯共混物;YN-215为1,3,5-三羟乙基均三嗪;有机硅消泡剂为乳化硅油、二甲基硅油等;SPA-202消泡剂为醚酯化合物和有机磷酸盐复配型;抗氧剂1010为市售商品,生产厂家:北京化工三厂,本发明中的抗氧剂不排除以其它品牌的受阻酚类抗氧剂替代。
Claims (5)
1、一种超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,包括基料、颜填料及成膜助剂,其中,基料用普通的苯丙乳液,颜填料选用优质的钛白粉等材料,其特征在于:颜填料是先用钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面预处理,以钛酸酯偶联剂1重量份与0.5重量份三乙胺搅拌混合制成季铵盐,并将季胺盐分散在600重量份水中,与颜、填料搅拌均匀,120℃烘干8小时,再按一般乳胶漆生产工艺加入涂料中;在CA-1成膜助剂中加入市售抗氧剂1010、紫外线吸收剂苯并三唑加热反应制成CU-1成膜助剂。
2、根据要求1所述的超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述制备成膜助剂CU-1的反应条件是在80℃的温度下,搅拌反应4小时。
3、根据要求1所述的超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述钛酸酯偶联剂为二(焦磷酸二辛酯)氧乙酸酯钛酸酯。
4、根据要求1所述的超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述颜、填料的烘干条件是于120℃烘干8小时。
5、根据要求1所述的超耐候性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于:成膜助剂CU-1的使用量为苯丙乳液的1%~4%重量百分比。
