Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una composicion para tratar vidrio plano o vidrio hueco o vidrio en forma defibras, adecuada para la aplicacion en una capa delgada sobre el vidrio. Comprende, comprende, en un medio acuoso, los siguientes constituyentes (A) y (B) : (A) al menos un compuesto que comprenda al menos un grupo funcional f(A); y (B) al menos un compuesto que comprenda al menos una funcion f(B) capaz de reaccionar con la(s) funcion(es) f(A) del constituyente (A) dentro de la capa delgada aplicada al vidrio, de modo de transformar a esta ultima en una capa solida por policondensacion y/o polimerizacion, conteniendo al menos uno de los compuestos comprendidos en la definicion de (A) y (B) al menos una funcion R-O- unida a un atomo de silicio, representando R un radical alquilo, y al menos parte de los compuestos que comprenden al menos una funcion R-O- unida a un atomo de silicio que puede estar en la forma hidrolizada resultante de la prehidrolisis o la hidrolisis espontanea que ocurre durante el contacto de los compuestos con el medio acuoso.
